A small business started in 1996 with the desire to create a higher standard of residential design, Bryan & Contreras LLC. has had a string of successes. We specialize in custom home plans created just for our clients individual needs. Winning 9 Gold Obie awards since 1996 along with the honor of having designed several “Idea Houses” for “Southern Living” and many of our homes have appeared in numerous magazines, including “Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles”, “Better Homes & Gardens”, “Southern Living”, and “Second Home”, Bryan & Contreras will meet your individual needs. One of our homes is on permanent display as a showhome inside the Carpets of Dalton showroom. We are also the residential designers of many of the homes found in upscale neighborhoods around the northern metro-Atlanta area (such as Six Hills and North Valley) as well as locations throughout the northern half of Georgia and the mountains of North Carolina. We have been the residential designers for several of the Roswell Woman’s Club Showcase Homes.
