Jeff P. Zager We have owned numerous homes and have remolded several. I have lived thru some real nightmares with subs and other self claimed builders but Jeff Dinkle and his staff have been the best I have dealt with. We did have some rather difficult issues with this home from radon gas to sewer issues with the city to a very stubborn HVAC problem. No matter how upset I became over certain problems, Jeff was always calm and sympathetic to the issues. He personally came to make sure everything was repaired. His attention and respect of his customer is almost a lost art in the building profression. He returns your calls and emails promptly and takes real pride in what he builds. We love our new home and get tons of complements from friends and neighbors on it's quality and detail. From the commercial style kitchen with Wolf appliances to the heated floors in the master bath he has found a way to take old world style and mix it with the latest technology. We will be building another home in the next 5 years and he will definitely be our builder!!!
