Eumenean Acquisitions, LLC is a high-end real estate development company.  Concentrating on  intown locations, we build and renovate high quality homes for families and empty-nesters.  Taking on a small number of select projects each year, we are personally active on site every day ensuring that our core values are followed. Duncan Spears and Rogers King began Eumenean Acquisitions (Greek for "Good Spirit) to successfully build homes befitting even the most selective clients. Once college roommates at Davidson College, the lawyer and consultant decided to hang up their corporate hats and strike into business together to build quality,  high-end homes for families.
