Goodsell Associates, Inc., and its predecessor company, have been building custom homes and historic renovations for over 35 years in the North Metro Atlanta area. Goodsell Associates has been the lead Builder and Developer partner in a number of Traditional neighborhoods in Buckhead, Vinings, Sandy Springs and East Cobb County. Goodsell Associates has been recognized for quality construction in a number of national and regional publications, including Builder Magazine twice, Professional Builder, American Builder Magazine, Southern Living, Better Homes & Gardens, Southeastern Home Builder, Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles, Inside Northside and Atlanta Journal/Constitution. Goodsell Associates has been a long time member and has served on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Home Builders, Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association and Home Builders Association of Georgia.
